Location
As each year, the conference will be held on the Caltech Pasadena Campus:

The conference itself, as well as the advanced track tutorials, will be held in the Beckman institute. Other tutorials take place in the Moore building, while Powell-Booth will house the sprints (after the conference) and the birds-of-a-feather sessions. Here is a map with the different locations highlighted. Caltech also has an online campus map available.

- Parking Instructions -- parking is now $18/week or $6/day. Allow time in the morning to park and fill out a parking form.
Hotel
- Marriot Hotel: We have negotiated a group rate at a nearby Marriot Hotel (starting at $159/night). They've provided a web site for the event, so you can book a room here. You will have to book by July 19 to get the group rate. There's a map showing the relative location here.

Travel
LAX to Caltech
Flyaway bus to Union Station ($7). Get on in the "green zone" in the arrival level. Pay when you get off. http://www.lawa.org/welcome_LAX.aspx?id=292
Gold line to Pasadena (Fillmore, Del Mar, or Lake Station are all roughly similar distance to Caltech -- probably a 15-20 minute walk). $1.25 http://www.metro.net/riding_metro/gold_line.htm
Optionally, one could take bus 177 from the Del Mar station to Caltech.
